TL;DR
Oracle Database Administrator-SME (Oracle): Manage, secure, monitor, and maintain enterprise Oracle database infrastructure with an accent on performance tuning, backup recovery, and system integration. Focus on administering high-availability clusters, developing stored procedures, and ensuring security and integrity controls under demanding government IT environments.
Hybrid position located in Quantico, VA. Must have TS/SCI clearance.
Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 Annually

What you will do
- Implement and maintain database operations, physical design, performance tuning of indexes and databases.
- Review database designs, provide backup recovery, and recommend enhancements.
- Administer Oracle and other DBMS, enforce standards, audit and modify data using SQL/PL/SQL.
- Oversee backups, replication, project scheduling between SQL Servers and remote sites.
- Assist in developing SQL and web-based databases, review technical designs and documentation.
- Create high-level reporting systems and research new database technologies.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance required
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc.)
- High School with 10+ years experience or commensurate
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database Architecture (12c, 19c, 21c etc.), SQL and PL/SQL
- Expert command of Linux/Unix environments
Nice to have
- Expertise with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Data Pump, SQL Developer
- Expertise with backup and recovery strategies (RMAN)
- Expertise managing Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
- Expertise with migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
