Teamcenter Systems Administrator II (Siemens)

Location: Saint Paul, MN. Must be a US Citizen and hold or be able to obtain a U.S. national security clearance. Flexibility to telework is available, but travel to customer and office sites may be required.

Salary: $118,400 - $154,000 per year

What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter and Xcelerator components across development, test, and production environments.
• Manage cloud-based (AWS GovCloud) and on-premises infrastructure, including application servers, databases, and file vaults.
• Optimize infrastructure configurations for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency using clustering and load balancing.
• Apply security hardening practices, including the implementation of DoD STIGs and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain standardized Teamcenter images to support the development team's daily workflows.
• Monitor system health and resolve complex application, networking, and platform-related defects.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering Siemens Teamcenter or Siemens Xcelerator environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting cloud-hosted infrastructure, preferably AWS GovCloud.
• Strong proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server administration, including shell scripting.
• Experience installing and maintaining Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps).
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of RMF compliance frameworks and DoD software development policies.
• Experience with static code analysis tools such as Fortify.
