Teamcenter Systems Administrator I (Siemens PLM/AWS GovCloud): Installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of Teamcenter PLM environments for U.S. Department of Defense customers with an accent on infrastructure reliability, security compliance, and scalability. Focus on designing cloud and on-premises setups, applying patches and upgrades, and troubleshooting performance issues.

What you will do

• Collaborate with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to support Teamcenter environments meeting performance, security, and operational needs.
• Design, configure, and maintain infrastructure including application servers, databases, file vaults across dev, test, and production.
• Install, patch, upgrade Siemens Teamcenter and Xcelerator components; perform rehosts and data synchronization.
• Monitor system health, diagnose issues, administer configurations, licensing, and security hardening with DoD STIGs.
• Develop Teamcenter images for developers, maintain documentation, and support testing efforts.
• Optimize for performance, scalability, availability, and cost efficiency with clustering, load balancing, backups.

Requirements

• Currently hold or able to obtain U.S. security clearance; US Citizen.
• Siemens Teamcenter certifications or equivalent; Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or Engineering.
• Min 3 years administering Teamcenter/Xcelerator: installation, upgrades, patching, rehosting.
• Min 3 years cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS GovCloud; Red Hat Linux and Windows Server admin.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL Server, networking, Active Directory, DoD STIGs, shell scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation; Agile environment experience.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps).
• Database admin/SQL scripting; CI/CD, Git workflows for Teamcenter.
• Agile certifications; static code analysis (Fortify); aerospace/defense knowledge; CompTIA Security+.
