What you will do

• Support design engineering and analysis for transmission scopes, including 345kV+ rebuilds and greenfield projects.
• Implement trending technologies such as HVDC and 765kV.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and research in accordance with industry standards.
• Develop recommendations for equipment and materials while managing budget and schedule requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering team members and mentor junior professionals.
• Maintain positive client relations and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
• Must be based in or eligible to relocate to the United States.
• Experience with Power Line system based programs (e.g., PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with the design of utility-scale electrical transmission systems.
• Structural design expertise in transmission steel structures and their foundations.
• Proficiency in 3D analysis and design software for structural steel and concrete.
