TL;DR

Location: San Francisco On-site

Salary: $170,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the design of internal and customer-facing surfaces, including research workflows and portfolio dashboards.
  • Prototype and ship code directly into production to validate ideas without waiting for engineering handoffs.
  • Collaborate with climate strategists to translate manual workflows into scalable platform capabilities.
  • Act as DRI on design initiatives from scoping through final delivery.
  • Design trustworthy AI-driven interfaces for summarizing diligence and surfacing market signals.
  • Develop and mature the company's design language and component system.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
  • Strong product ownership, moving from problem definition to shipping independently.
  • Fluency in code and experience committing production code to a codebase.
  • Daily use of AI tools (generative design, AI coding) in the professional design workflow.
  • Experience designing information-dense, workflow-heavy tools for fintech or enterprise data platforms.
  • Ability to maintain high standards and operate effectively within ambiguous, rapidly evolving markets.
