Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do
- Create scalable solutions for complex data and user workflow challenges using systems thinking and user-centered design.
- Conduct user research and data analysis to understand behaviors and motivators that drive customer value.
- Partner with product management and engineering to define experience strategies for alerts, notifications, and messaging tools.
- Develop customer journey maps, user flows, and high-fidelity design executions from abstract concepts.
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities to drive product innovation and deliver personalized, intelligent user experiences.
- Monitor design performance and contribute to the overall design maturity and practices of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional Product Design/UX experience, ideally within large business or enterprise environments.
- Expertise in information architecture, content strategy, and solving enterprise-level design challenges.
- Proficiency with Figma and analysis tools such as Miro, Lucid, Mixpanel, and Fullstory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
