What you will do

• Analyze complex technical workflows to understand the product surface and actual customer usage.
• Own ambiguous problem areas, partnering with engineering and product to define clear directions.
• Ship high-quality, iterative product experiences in a high-velocity environment.
• Define novel patterns and ideas for how AI-native workflows should function in practice.
• Contribute to the overall product direction and raise the design quality of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional product design.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday).
• Strong background in B2B or enterprise product design, with a modern sensibility (e.g., similar to Linear or Vercel).
• Fluency in AI products, tooling, and the design of AI-augmented workflows.
• Systems thinking approach with the ability to frame ambiguous problems clearly.
• Portfolio demonstrating both high-level thinking and real execution.

Nice to have

• Experience at companies known for distinctive product craft or novel UX patterns.
• Technical fluency, such as a Computer Science background or experience with developer-facing products.
• Track record of shipping in high-ownership, ambiguous environments.
