What you will do

• Lead high-volume recruitment for sales profiles across multiple geographies.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Indeed, job boards, and social media.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
• Analyze and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous process improvement.
• Champion employer-brand initiatives to attract volume talent.
• Maintain ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure compliance in global contexts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and the creative use of AI for sourcing.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and digital sourcing tools like Indeed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive hiring decisions.
