What you will do

• Lead the full life-cycle hiring process for assigned GTM and Technical roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques to build global pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide coaching on recruitment best practices.
• Implement DEI goals by proactively sourcing and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
• Leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize hiring decisions and process efficiency.
• Promote the employer brand and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience within a SaaS tech company, primarily hiring for GTM roles.
• Proven experience hiring for Technical positions.
• Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from writing JDs to offer negotiation.
• Native level English proficiency.
• Must be based remotely in Ireland or Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Greenhouse ATS.
• Understanding of the cloud management industry.
• Experience managing remote hiring processes in APAC or US markets.
• Additional language skills.
• BA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
