Salary: $99,800 – $110,200

What you will do

• Source and identify candidates using Boolean search, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct initial outreach, light screening, and candidate qualification.
• Partner with hiring teams to define role requirements and talent needs.
• Manage candidate data and activity within the ATS (Jobvite).
• Support recruiting events and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Track sourcing metrics to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing-heavy recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing for functions including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Boolean search and research techniques.
• Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Jobvite.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in San Jose or Cupertino, CA
