What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to execute scalable sourcing strategies for Engineering and Product roles.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through consistent touchpoint strategies.
• Perform market research on compensation trends and competitor mapping to adapt strategies.
• Screen and assess sourced candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for select roles when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth, high-velocity environments.
• Proven success in building and managing multiple talent pipelines simultaneously.
• Expertise in outbound search, inbound applicants, and referral sourcing.
• Data-informed mindset for tracking activity, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto to meet hybrid office requirements.
