Principal Project/Program Mgmt Specialist (Semiconductors, Space Systems, or Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead complex product development programs within the Hi-Rel Business Division from project inception through customer release.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, budgets, forecasts, milestones, and overall program success.
• Lead execution reviews, resolve issues, mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare project status updates, management reviews, and decision-point presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, marketing, sales, and program leadership.
• Drive project management best practices, continuous improvement, portfolio planning, resource planning, and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience at a major analog semiconductor or space systems company.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical program or project management experience leading teams developing mixed-signal analog products.
• 5+ years of experience in product-line NPI functional teams, such as product, test, validation, design, or quality.
• In-depth understanding of new product introduction and product development from concept through production release.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, FMEA, root cause analysis, and Microsoft OneNote.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.

• PMP certification.
• Exposure to automotive processes or space radiation-hardened processes.
