Salary: $99,450–$112,500 per year (OTE $110,500–$125,000)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
- Define technology strategies and guide customers in unlocking maximum value from the platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to instrument across various customer stacks.
- Conduct discovery sessions to recommend technical solutions based on unique client architectures.
- Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams to drive project progress.
- Advocate for customer needs by translating requirements to the internal Product team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
- 3+ years of technical experience with SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
- Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex environments for Enterprise-level accounts.
