Focus on instrumenting the platform across customer stacks, resolving complex technical challenges, and translating business needs into product requirements.

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Salary: $99,450–$112,500 per year (OTE $110,500–$125,000)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Define technology strategies and guide customers in unlocking maximum value from the hirify.global platform.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to instrument hirify.global across various customer stacks.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to recommend technical solutions based on unique client architectures.
  • Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams to drive project progress.
  • Advocate for customer needs by translating requirements to the internal Product team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
  • 3+ years of technical experience with SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work model.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing complex environments for Enterprise-level accounts.
