What you will do

• Manage small-to-medium IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop detailed project requirements, technical specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with Security, Internal Support, and IT Architecture teams to ensure smooth solution handoffs.
• Test and validate deliverables to ensure high quality and completeness prior to project completion.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation using Asana, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
• Support data governance and compliance requirements using Microsoft Purview.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fully remote environment.
• Self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow into IT Architecture or Solutions Engineering.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Asana, Purview, or Azure DevOps.
• Certifications such as CompTIA ITF+ or Microsoft Certifications.
