What you will do

• Plan and coordinate complex IT projects involving construction, permitting, site surveys, and network infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures to ensure milestones are met.
• Facilitate coordination between cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement through meetings and documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify critical metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Identify trends, recurring problems, and process improvement opportunities to escalate for resolution.
• Train new hires and colleagues on project reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Oakland, CA (Hybrid).
• Associate's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience and training.
• Proven experience in a technology-driven environment and familiarity with project management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and exercise good judgment in problem-solving.
