What you will do

• Support delivery execution by coordinating scope, schedules, milestones, and action items.
• Maintain accurate project tracking data and reporting to ensure visibility into status and risks for Team Leads.
• Improve internal documentation quality and consistency using GitHub Pull Requests.
• Coordinate project setup, closeout, and maintain organized client-facing documentation.
• Monitor resource capacity and flag workload imbalances or conflicts to leadership.
• Capture and distribute meeting notes, document client decisions, and track action items.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, document control, or within an AEC environment.
• Proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, VantagePoint, MS Project, and Procore.
• Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or CDT certifications.
• PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
• Familiarity with GitHub documentation workflows.
