Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote, with hybrid or onsite options in Toronto)
Salary: $102,000 - $138,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Manage and grow existing named partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Guide partner strategy and execution to ensure both Vena and partners exceed performance targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and diverse internal teams.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and strategic quarterly business reviews (QBR).
- Act as the internal voice of the partner across Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure partner compliance standards are met.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 3+ years of experience managing partner relationships in a high-performing SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in CPM or FP&A environments is strongly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to deliver predictable and scalable channel results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for engaging with executive leadership.
