TL;DR

Manager, BDR Team (SaaS): Leading and developing a US-based Business Development team to drive pipeline creation and strategic encounters between sellers and prospects with an accent on coaching, performance metrics, and GTM alignment. Focus on optimizing outbound/inbound processes, ramping new talent, and partnering with sales leadership to ensure high-quality pipeline contribution.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in the US

Compensation: $100,000 - $145,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 BDRs supporting the US sales organization.
  • Own BDR pipeline creation targets and overall performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary BDR partner to Sales leadership through regular alignment and reviews.
  • Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to synchronize outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Analyze and surface trends, risks, and opportunities across the top of the sales funnel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new BDR talent within the US region.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role within B2B SaaS.
  • 1+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams.
  • Proven track record of high quota attainment as an individual contributor.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience supporting US sales organizations.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Previous top-performing AE experience.
