Account Manager (SaaS Sales)

Salary: Base $75k/year + $45k/year commission

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the SMB market segment.
• Own assigned customer accounts to drive renewals and identify upsell, cross-sell, or service opportunities.
• Facilitate and maintain strong customer relationships to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Collaborate within a virtual account team-selling environment.
• Improve customer satisfaction levels and referenceability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, or business development within the IT market.
• Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas or MBOs.
• Must be based in one of the following states: PA, FL, OH, TX, NC, MI, IL.

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics.
