What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day user entitlements, usage tracking, and compliance with vendor agreements and exchange rules.
• Manage relationships with vendors such as Bloomberg and LSEG, covering licensing, onboarding, and cost optimization.
• Manage exchange audits and compliance queries, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the Optimize Spend platform to drive cost transparency.
• Monitor data usage, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce data integrity controls.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, workflows, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 2–5 years of experience in market data or data operations at a hedge fund, asset manager, or financial services firm.
• Deep understanding of financial data, data vendors, and their licensing structures.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg EMRS, Refinitiv DACS, and Optimize Spend.
• Must be located in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• SQL and/or scripting experience.
