What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of five professionals.
- Own and manage Actuals, Budget, and Forecast for topline metrics including Revenue, Bookings, ARR, and Billings.
- Oversee commission administration and partner with Revenue Operations on plan design and quota setting.
- Translate data from Pigment, Salesforce, and NetSuite into actionable financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis and prepare business cases to support new strategic investments.
- Act as a key strategic advisor to Sales and Operations leaders on commercial terms and business decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within B2B technology/software companies.
- Deep expertise in recurring revenue models (SaaS) and topline KPIs such as ARR.
- Proven track record managing planning activities within Private Equity (PE) owned organizations.
- Proficiency with Pigment (or similar tools like Adaptive), Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Must be based in the USA (for remote work) or Toronto, Canada (for office/hybrid work).

- Experience with US GAAP / ASC606 revenue recognition.
