What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of five professionals.
• Own and manage Actuals, Budget, and Forecast for topline metrics including Revenue, Bookings, ARR, and Billings.
• Oversee commission administration and partner with Revenue Operations on plan design and quota setting.
• Translate data from Pigment, Salesforce, and NetSuite into actionable financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Deliver detailed variance analysis and prepare business cases to support new strategic investments.
• Act as a key strategic advisor to Sales and Operations leaders on commercial terms and business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within B2B technology/software companies.
• Deep expertise in recurring revenue models (SaaS) and topline KPIs such as ARR.
• Proven track record managing planning activities within Private Equity (PE) owned organizations.
• Proficiency with Pigment (or similar tools like Adaptive), Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Must be based in the USA (for remote work) or Toronto, Canada (for office/hybrid work).

• Experience with US GAAP / ASC606 revenue recognition.
