Salary: $172,500 — $237,150 USD

What you will do

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Lead the team in technical qualifications, proof of concepts (PoCs), architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Drive the achievement of regional sales targets by guiding the technical win in complex sales cycles.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and go-to-market teams to maximize customer success and value delivery.
• Establish the SA team as trusted advisors throughout the entire customer life-cycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the data space with technical products like data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and developing technical peers.
• Ability to maintain positive morale and foster effective working relationships across internal partners.
• Must be located in Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, or North Carolina.
