What you will do

• Manage and develop engineering teams delivering the BYOC product initiative.
• Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and release product features.
• Own end-to-end execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee on-call rotations, incident response, and overall service reliability.

Requirements

• Experience leading product engineering teams in a scaled, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in distributed systems design and operation at scale.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and storage (RDS, S3).
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in daily workflows to validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output.
