TL;DR

Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Solutions Engineering (Healthcare AI): Lead and scale the solutions engineering function for revenue cycle integrations with EHRs and health systems with an accent on reliable, secure, and scalable technical deployments. Focus on managing high-performing teams, establishing design standards for HL7/FHIR/API integrations, and driving technical excellence in complex hospital environments.

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $220K to $240K base

What you will do

  • Manage a highly experienced team of revenue cycle solution consultants, empowering them and unifying their insights into strategy.
  • Ensure excellence in delivery across customer deployments, with reliable, scalable implementations on time.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead the team, fostering accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Cultivate solution design standards, documentation, and best practices for revenue cycle integrations including API, HL7, and database extracts.
  • Partner with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to align solutions with strategy and timelines.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex integrations, provide hands-on guidance, and collaborate with customer technical teams.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in healthcare technology implementation, 5+ years in senior leadership (managing teams of 10+ or high-impact portfolios)
  • 5+ years in hospital revenue cycle management, deep knowledge of workflows from charge capture to claims.
  • Hands-on expertise in HL7, FHIR, API, database extracts, and integrations with EHRs like Epic and Cerner.
  • Strong people leadership, delivery management, client communication, and analytical skills for high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in revenue cycle or EHRs (especially Epic).
  • Experience with AI/ML in healthcare.
  • AWS certifications or cloud implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with CDI workflows.
