Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $190,000 - $220,000

What you will do

  • Build, develop, and mentor 1–2 teams of software engineers, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate execution of technical roadmap emphasizing data-driven decisions, timely development, simplicity, and value delivery.
  • Provide timely feedback to support engineer growth and collaborate on peer development.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to translate goals into technical architecture, requirements, scopes, and timelines.
  • Contribute to scalable, stable, efficient, maintainable, and extensible technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 9–12+ years software development experience; 5+ years managing engineers
  • Prior experience at a hypergrowth company required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience managing teams across cloud-based tech stack (AWS preferred)
  • Strong asynchronous and remote communication skills
  • Drive to clear paths for team, passion for developing engineers, balance speed and robust systems
  • Experience driving organization-wide engineering initiatives and using AI for transformation
