What you will do

• Own and drive roadmap requirements aligned to business objectives, device strategies, and technology readiness.
• Translate industry trends, customer insights, and regulatory constraints into clear roadmap priorities and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure feasibility and dependency management.
• Develop solution positioning, value propositions, and high-level capability definitions for priority use cases.
• Lead customer and ecosystem engagements to articulate solution direction and strategic differentiation.
• Integrate feedback from pilots and real-world deployments into the continuous evolution of the roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in the Health and Life Sciences industry (medical devices, digital health, or regulated healthcare tech).
• 3+ years of experience in product, platform, or solution roadmap planning.
• Experience translating ambiguous market signals into structured priorities and solution directions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from assigned hirify.global sites (Phoenix, Santa Clara, or Hillsboro).

• Familiarity with edge computing, AI, ML, or data-intensive workloads in healthcare environments.
• Deep understanding of regulatory, privacy, and reliability considerations in medical systems.
• Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
