What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into analytical requirements and support strategic decisions.
• Design experiments, define key metrics, and apply statistical techniques to analyze and communicate results.
• Prototype analytics solutions and data products to accelerate product development.
• Create compelling data stories through visualizations to highlight trends, patterns, and implications.
• Build, maintain, and test data models that support reporting and analytics across the data stack.
• Contribute to a culture of peer review and continuous learning by upholding high standards for code quality and documentation.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a data analyst or product data scientist.
• Proficiency in querying data with SQL and transforming data with dbt.
• Experience performing analysis with Python and creating compelling data visualizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to connect analytics to business understanding and provide actionable insights.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity effectively and take ownership of features from start to finish.

Nice to have

• Experience with health system clinical and/or revenue cycle data.
• Master's degree in statistics or other relevant fields.
