What you will do

• Develop and manage LLM agent chaining and orchestration for complex workflows.
• Lead the creation of a Model Workbench designed to make LLM capabilities intuitive for non-technical marketers.
• Oversee the registration and maintenance of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.
• Build robust evaluation suites for testing and iterating on agent performance.
• Implement context streaming services for real-time data flow and contextual awareness.
• Prototype new ideas through POCs and perform technical troubleshooting using LangSmith.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical products, specifically AI-driven tools or LLMs.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in LangSmith and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, innovate, and rapidly prototype solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and offshore developers.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating traditional ML with generative models to enhance explainability.
• Background in existing workflow orchestration tools and methodologies.
