What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platforms, from roadmap to rollout.
• Partner with engineers and prompt engineers to design AI architectures, prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Serve as the primary bridge between engineering and the rest of the organization to establish AI best practices and platform standards.
• Own and optimize critical metrics such as answer quality, customer satisfaction, automation rates, and escalation quality.
• Collaborate directly with OpenAI to evaluate and implement new models and capabilities, including voice models and computer use agents.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis.
• Intrinsic motivation to stay current with the latest LLM release notes and AI tool workflows.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by specified US locations and 401k benefits).
