What you will do

• Lead planning and prioritization of ML platform initiatives, focusing on model training, deployment, and scalability.
• Own prioritization for LLM workflows, including prompt iteration, retrieval, and fine-tuning.
• Define and operationalize success metrics for platform performance and adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering to drive the machine learning lifecycle.
• Align stakeholders across complex data systems like Airflow pipelines and agentic tooling.
• Develop the product roadmap and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in internal technical product management.
• 2-3+ years working with Data Science and ML products and tooling.
• Experience building internal platform tools for a full product suite.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business goals and impact.
• Experience in early-stage or fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 2-3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM or B2B products.
• Background as a software engineer, data scientist, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with tools like Datadog or Hex.
