Product Manager (Intelligent Automation AI): Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal automation platform, citizen developer tooling, and AI-enabled reusable agents with an accent on treating capabilities as products with user outcomes and value metrics. Focus on defining prioritized backlogs, lifecycle management, and evangelizing product practices across teams.

Salary: $97,448 - $136,448 / year

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IA Enablement portfolio including internal automation platform (UiPath stack), citizen developer experience, and AI-enabled products.
• Treat internal automation platform and reusable agents as products with measurable user outcomes.
• Define and prioritize reusable AI products like shared agents, accelerators, and templates.
• Partner with Senior Manager, Program Manager, and Senior BA on discovery, experimentation, and measurement.
• Translate user needs into prioritized backlogs and outcomes for engineering and enablement teams.
• Manage product lifecycle including sunsets, upgrades, and platform evolution; evangelize product practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's + 4 years professional experience OR Bachelor's + 2 years as Product Manager OR Master's degree.
• Proven leadership, results-oriented with ability to manage diverse projects and influence senior management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; comfortable with ambiguity and teamwork.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 7+ years product management experience across multiple products.
• Experience with internal platforms, developer tools, RPA, LLMs, agentic solutions, UiPath.
• Background in healthcare, academic medical centers, or non-profits; citizen developer programs.
