Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multi-unit facilities for companies with gross revenue exceeding $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams effectively.
• Must be based in Seattle, Washington, United States.
