What you will do

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop and manage facilities operations and maintenance budgets.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a large facilities team and support professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-unit facilities for a company with gross revenue exceeding $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a large team.
