Facilities Supervisor

Location: Lincoln, Nebraska, United States; travel to hirify.global properties within and outside Lincoln is required.

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise and work alongside facilities team members on projects and daily tasks.
• Manage workplace operations, maintenance, cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Respond to associate, vendor, and visitor inquiries through in-person communication, email, and internal ticketing.
• Coordinate with departments and building vendors to address facility needs and oversee upkeep.
• Coordinate move requests, space planning, supply ordering, and office and breakroom stocking.
• Support company functions, social events, and other facilities projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least 1 year of facilities or maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational, customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to travel to hirify.global properties, and capacity to lift 50 pounds are required.

• Four-year college degree.
