What you will do

• Lead design efforts for small to medium-sized projects, producing visual designs, interactions, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align designs with product goals and business objectives.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and team members during design reviews.
• Apply user research, feedback, and data analysis to solve critical user pain points.
• Contribute to and maintain the company design system to ensure a cohesive user experience across the platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Latin America
• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-focused design skills.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating wireframes and mockups.
• Deep understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products.
