What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product design including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design.
  • Define and evolve design system and visual language aligned with product vision.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences using insights and data.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to shape feature strategy and UX vision.
  • Advocate for users while balancing technical and business constraints.
  • Contribute ideas to improve usability, engagement, and product differentiation.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in UI/UX or Product Design for SaaS or complex digital products
  • Proven track record leading design projects in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent portfolio of user-centered product experiences
  • Proficiency with Figma and wireframing tools like Whimsical
  • Strategic thinking with detailed high-quality execution
  • Excellent communication to articulate designs to stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or Airbnb-related platforms
