What you will do

• Lead product design vision, support designers, and promote design culture.
• Master discovery: partner with PMs, analysts, researchers to validate problems and prototype solutions.
• Shape features into dev-ready designs across platforms, ensuring brand alignment and feasibility.
• Contribute to design systems for consistency on iOS, Android, web.
• Iterate on features using data, advocate for users and business objectives.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes, complex flows, and ensure KPI-driven design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Design, ideally B2C high-growth with millions of users on web/mobile
• Master double-diamond process, navigate ambiguity, facilitate brainstorming, build prototypes.
• Expert in Figma for scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Understand mobile development constraints and production-ready systems.
• Communicate with PMs/data analysts on funnels, A/B tests, trade-offs.
• Fluent in French and English for presenting to international stakeholders
