Location: Hybrid (on campus and remote) at the hirify.globalO Okanagan campus

Salary: $5,365.42 - $7,709.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do

  • Coordinate recruitment, admissions, and awards for the Master of Management and Bachelor of Management programs.
  • Provide expert consultation and advising to prospective and current students regarding academic policies, registration, and fee assessment.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including social media strategy and website optimization to attract high-calibre applicants.
  • Manage student records, registration, and admissions databases using specialized systems outside of standard university infrastructure.
  • Organize and conduct multi-faceted recruiting events both in-person and online.
  • Liaise with internal university units and external organizations to improve program efficiency and student retention.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related professional experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity based on the operational needs of the Faculty at the Okanagan campus.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally to promote programs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Proven presentation skills adapted to diverse audience backgrounds in higher education.
  • Ability to work effectively in an atmosphere of ambiguity while systems are being established.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and tact when dealing with faculty, students, and staff.
