What you will do

  • Guide clients in implementing Collaborative Learning and reshaping corporate learning delivery.
  • Execute a blended training approach using e-learning and live workshops for a portfolio of customers.
  • Facilitate complex workshop series for Enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify features impacting team activities.
  • Support pre-sales activities for large prospects.
  • Develop educational resources and client-facing trainings for new platform features.

Requirements

  • Experience creating or managing learning and development (L&D) curriculum.
  • Strong listening and teaching skills with clear oral and written communication.
  • Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a results-oriented culture.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Must be based in Canada.
