Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical training curricula for medium and low voltage OEM products, including switchgear, MCCs, and PDUs.
• Conduct instructor-led training via classroom, virtual, and on-site sessions covering installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Create comprehensive training materials such as slide decks, instructor guides, participant workbooks, and videos.
• Partner with engineering and product management to ensure content aligns with current designs and industry codes.
• Assess training gaps through collaboration with operations and sales, and evaluate effectiveness via performance metrics.
• Support onboarding programs for new hires in engineering, manufacturing, field service, and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience in medium/low voltage equipment, field service, or technical training.
• Deep understanding of power distribution equipment (switchgear, switchboards, breakers, relays).
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and productivity software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to facilities, customer locations, and partner sites.

Nice to have

• Experience in OEM manufacturing, data centers, or utility environments.
• Relevant certifications such as NETA or NICET.
