What you will do

• Define and lead the strategic vision for multi-year professional learning programs across districts, schools, and grade levels.
• Translate research insights and organizational goals into actionable design strategies to improve long-term student outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end design of professional learning systems, ensuring frameworks and tools are coherent and scalable.
• Establish quality standards, design protocols, and implementation benchmarks for consistency across facilitators.
• Lead data-informed decision-making by analyzing teacher, leader, and student performance data.
• Build and coach high-performing design teams, developing leadership capacity and ensuring alignment with priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing or overseeing professional learning initiatives for educators and school leaders.
• Deep expertise in secondary mathematics education (grades 3–12), including pedagogical content knowledge.
• Proven experience leading system-level initiatives across multiple schools, districts, or large educational networks.
• Strong ability to translate educational research into scalable, multi-year learning designs.
• Experience using student, teacher, and leader performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Must be based in the United States.
