TL;DR
Revenue Enablement Manager (Customer Success): Deliver and execute global Customer Success Enablement Strategy with an accent on onboarding, productivity improvement, learning development, and training across roles. Focus on designing competency-based programs, measuring effectiveness and business impact, and aligning initiatives with retention, growth, and customer outcomes.
Location: Kitchener or Toronto, Ontario (onsite) or Remote from Canada; approximately 25% travel within North America.
Salary: $92,500 — $111,000 CAD

What you will do
- Collaborate with experts to design and deliver competency-based programs for onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Own and evolve Customer Success onboarding, improving content and measuring learning, application, and business impact.
- Develop readiness programs for product launches, features, and services to support Customer Success teams.
- Facilitate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual enablement events virtually and in-person.
- Use data to measure adoption, effectiveness, and impact on metrics like time to value, adoption, health, and retention.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Services on tools, workflows, and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years driving enablement strategies in fast-paced environments using technology and modern learning methodologies
- Strong business acumen to align enablement with retention, growth, and customer value goals
- Demonstrated program/project ownership with project management skills (scoping, alignment, planning, execution, measurement)
- Excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence across organization levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Nice to have
- Experience with virtual learning environments and learning management systems
- Understanding of AI tools and trends for Customer Success, lifecycle management, and go-to-market
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, curriculum design, or equivalent
