Salary: $71,800 - $83,100 CAD

What you will do
- Design adaptive, AI-enhanced learning architectures for global onboarding and leadership development programs.
- Apply a UX mindset to map learner journeys, identify friction points, and iterate experiences based on real usage data.
- Develop modular, composable content structures and leverage AI tools to personalize content delivery at scale.
- Partner with People Operations, HRBPs, and SMEs to translate learning needs into business solutions.
- Establish success metrics focusing on time-to-productivity, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.
- Build frameworks and playbooks to help the People Ops team adopt AI-enhanced design methods.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or program development within HR/L&D.
- Strong foundation in adult learning principles, competency-based development, and experience design.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Codex, Sonnet, Claude) to build or enhance learning programs.
- Proven ability to apply UX thinking, including journey mapping and usability testing, to educational content.
- Experience designing for global, multicultural audiences with an understanding of regional compliance.
- Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, UX Design, HR, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Absorb LMS or similar learning management systems.
- Background in service design or human-centered design.
- Knowledge of learning analytics frameworks to connect data to business outcomes.
