What you will do
- Identify skill gaps and performance bottlenecks through active field research across the sales organization.
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for Account Executives, BDRs, and Account Managers.
- Create impactful training assets focusing on insurance expertise, legal environments, and product mastery.
- Orchestrate flagship large-scale sales events, such as Sales Kick-Off and Back to School, for 100+ professionals.
- Experiment with AI and gamification to continuously improve the Sales Academy and its adoption.
- Manage organizational change and scaling as the company expands into new countries and products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar L&D function or as a sales professional.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid business acumen and a KPI-driven mindset.
- Deep expertise in Learning & Development and pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
