hirify.global is building a new mental healthcare system by automating insurance administration and providing practice management tools for therapists to make care more accessible.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end research projects to inform product vision and growth strategy for provider acquisition and activation.
  • Apply mixed-methods (quant/qual) to understand provider behavior, patient sourcing, and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify and size new growth opportunities to unlock differentiated product capabilities.
  • Partner with product, design, and marketing teams to define problem spaces and inform feature development.
  • Evangelize user-centricity and share insights across the organization and with executive leadership.
  • Mentor junior researchers to scale the company's research practice.

Requirements

  • PhD + 3 years, Masters + 6 years, or Bachelors + 8 years of industry research experience.
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proven track record of impacting growth metrics through business problem framing.
  • Experience in 0-1 product development.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
