What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for the referring physician experience from discovery through launch.
• Transform complex coronary analytics into intuitive, scalable dashboards and B2B software solutions.
• Drive a quantifiable reduction in operational friction by designing efficient and error-minimized workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure designs are technically viable and efficiently implemented.
• Conduct discovery research and task-based analysis to identify friction points in multi-user workflows.
• Perform regulatory-compliant human factors engineering, including risk-based usability evaluations and task analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex B2B, analytics, and dashboarding.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert proficiency with Figma's advanced features.
• Experience in HealthTech, SaMD, or other domains involving large-scale scientific data and medical imaging.
• Proven ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-powered user research tools (e.g., Dovetail).
• Experience with rapid prototyping using AI tools such as Figma Make, Figma MCP Server, Lovable, or 3Cursor.
