What you will do

• Define and execute the research vision, strategy, and operating model for the full product portfolio.
• Establish scalable research operations, including repositories, intake processes, and governance.
• Lead complex strategic research initiatives to inform executive decisions and product roadmaps.
• Coach and uplevel the design team's research capabilities through workshops and mentorship.
• Synthesize cross-product insights to identify strategic opportunities and patterns.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in user research, specifically within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of building research practices and systems from scratch.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong ability to influence product strategy through data-driven storytelling.
• Must be based in the US or possess valid US work authorization (no sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Experience in private equity-backed or multi-product environments.
• Background in foodservice, hospitality, or supply chain industries.
• Experience with multi-sided platforms and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
