Salary: $112,800 - $257,000 (annualized USD)

What you will do

  • Execute marketing activities and conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Apply advanced principles to develop new concepts and provide innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Mentor and supervise employees in company and technical competencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze data sets for patterns, trends, and market penetration opportunities in aerospace.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required due to nature of work.
  • Experience in marketing, strategy, or business development in the aerospace industry.
  • Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of aerospace trends, market dynamics, customer segments, and competitors.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, budgets, and key stakeholders in aerospace/defense.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing or strategy leadership for government aerospace programs.
  • Experience in technical aerospace or defense fields focusing on business growth.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies like advanced propulsion, space systems, or autonomous systems.
  • Knowledge of international aerospace markets and ITAR export compliance.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Aerospace Engineering, or Marketing.
