TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Satellite Communication): Managing sales cases and strategic shaping for ground station services with an accent on LEO constellation opportunities and US government/industry demand. Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Greater Denver region, CO. Current US Citizenship required.

Salary: $105,000 – $144,000 Annually

hirify.global is the world’s largest supplier of telemetry, tracking and command (TT&C) and data acquisition services for non-geostationary satellites.

What you will do

  • Identify new leads and build brand awareness in the US market, specifically focusing on LEO constellation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to reinforce customer positions and develop new opportunities.
  • Manage sales cases, prepare proposals, and act as a trusted advisor on ground communications solutions.
  • Coordinate problem-solving for US customers and manage contracts within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate across international time zones and cultures in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Current US Citizenship.
  • 4-6 years of industry experience in business development or technical sales.
  • Experience within an aerospace/defense company (preferably a large USA prime contractor).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with ground communications subsystems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and professional collaboration tools.

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Eligibility to maintain a US DoD SECRET Clearance.
