Location: Hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration twice weekly at HQ in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: OTE $195k-$250k

What you will do

  • Design and optimize AI-native marketing workflows connecting internal enablement and market engagement.
  • Define and solidify the Weather Intelligence category, positioning hirify.global as the gold standard in climate resilience.
  • Build data-driven demand generation strategies for Fortune 500 accounts and optimize PLG for developer touchpoints.
  • Refine industry-specific messaging and equip sales with tools for complex enterprise deals.
  • Mentor a global marketing team, manage budget with focus on CAC/LTV and pipeline impact.
  • Act as company spokesperson at media, analyst, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS/deep-tech
  • AI-systems thinking for rebuilding marketing functions around AI.
  • Proven category-creation and deep-tech fluency in satellite, AI, enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder C-suite sales to operations and sustainability leaders.
  • Thrives in fast-paced Boston environment with tactical execution
