What you will do

• Set the vision for content strategy across formats, channels, and audiences, balancing brand, authority, and demand generation.
• Hire, develop, and lead a growing team of content marketers across editorial, social, and emerging formats.
• Design a multi-format content ecosystem spanning written, social, video, and thought leadership.
• Optimize content for modern discovery, including SEO, AEO, and generative search experiences.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand teams to create a content flywheel for the GTM motion.
• Establish a high-quality content cadence that drives measurable impact across awareness, pipeline, and retention.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in content marketing, editorial, or thought leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading and building teams.
• Proven experience scaling a modern content engine in a Vertical SaaS or technology company.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep understanding of SEO and emerging AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial instincts.

Nice to have

• Experience with proprietary research, community-led content, or new media formats.
• Exposure to tools such as AirOps, Contentful, GA4, Asana, Figma, and AI tooling.
